    • Bump version to 0.3.0
    • Take zig-fluent with the same zigwin32, so there is one
    • Share one zigwin32 with zig-wasapi, so harrier.exe links
    • Ask before an unsafe paste, and before a program uses the clipboard
    • Ask KDE's shortcut confirmation until it answers
    • Steady the sway VM test's typing and its rows
    • Take zixl's file versions, so an upgrade keeps harrier.exe
